It could have been

A) an accidental typo on my part, resulting in my post being unintentionally clever

B) intentional cleverness on my part, with a wordplay on Murphy's law (basically inventing Muphry's law for the purpose of my post, without knowing it), or

C) a reference to Muphry's law.

In this case, it was C.
