I'm looking at the wiring diagrams for my car, and on the ground distribution diagram (but not the power distribution diagram) it shows "low frequency audio amplifier". Seeing as these diagrams show many extra things my car may not have, this may be one of those things. I know I don't have a subwoofer, at least.

EDIT: I just noticed, where that amplifier in the diagram is connected, it says "W/O UQ3". With a search I've found it's probably a subwoofer or couple extra speakers for bass. I guess that means I've got no external amp to worry about.

Found the manual for my car has instructions on removing and installing the radio, so that's handy.

You can change this in the rc.xml. With LXDE, this is at ~/.config/openbox/lxde-rc.xml. The relevant things to comment out, delete or change is in the <mouse> section, at <mousebind button="A-Up"... and so on.

I live in a suburban city that got rid of its buses maybe a decade ago, and my parents haven't been able to afford getting me my own car due to the cost of 2.5 years of college. Now that I've left college and got a job near the house, I was able to save up and get one for myself -- my first car at the age of 21, for $1500.

Added a link to the save ^^ It's honestly not much more than what was shown in the video, I kinda gave up and left everything unfinished when I realized I couldn't record a video without it freezing multiple times. Also don't hate me for cheating in some resources. I mined tons of stuff legitimately, but really I just want to build with this game and the mining part got really time consuming after a few days of constant digging.
