Not really erroneous, by not issuing a restraining order he basically gave the go-ahead to the husband for business as usual. So ya, he said go beat and rape your wife since the court won't do anything about it.

This is not the only thing that determines the issuing of a restraining order. The first would be, is there criminal activity taking place? Otherwise every crazy stalker that thinks they have a relationship with their stalked would never have a problem. Just because someone is delusional be it from religion or mental disease doesn't mean they are not completely wrong. Just means they need psychiatric care.

In some cases one doesn't need to have been born in another country to obtain a dual passport. In the case of my S.O. (significant other) he could get a German passport even though he was born and bred American. His grandparents were forced to emigrate during WWII his father was born in Italy along the way. He and his father can obtain dual US and German passports because of this.

First I've heard of it. Little more concerned about him possibly having served in a foreign army, while our country was at war. In looking this up I found very little information aside from bloggisms that we can't really take at face value. Would like to see some real information about this since it's really a bit disturbing to me.

Well, with all the stories in the press, tv, radio etc about how crappy bottled water is, I wasn't sure if your weren't just having a little joke. Especially when you said 'water store', definitely sounded like a joke.

Anyway, bottled water; about half is from tap water that may or may not have had some sort of filtering, there are no regulations pertaining to what it should or should not contain, it is also in bpa containing plastic that causes all kinds of problems for humans and other life. (you'll have to look that one up since that's a long list of issues). The other half of the bottled water out there may or may not be spring water that may or may not be contaminated with who knows what.

Need advice. I live in a tiny, conservative Christian town in Georgia. My family found out my roommate is my boyfriend, and now they (literally) want to kill me. :(
