Export pdf to jpg in "zoomed in 125%" state?

Main reason we have technology is to avoid exactly this kind of tedious work. However it's still a solution to a problem since this would give me exactly what I want.

Does anybody here actually use Mepis?

mycin -7 points-6 points 2 months ago[-]

No, but I am using Arch Linux

So, with Steam coming to Linux, do you believe this will actually bring about standardizations for things like audio?

If the Linux sound API gets to this point, where I can just write some code and know that sound is going to play in a low-latency way, and work on most peoples’ machines, then that’s great.

Unfortunately though, SDL uses sound only via a callback interface. While this is fine for many applications, it can get annoying sometimes, and in some applications which generate audio on the fly, not only can it be complicated to do properly, it might even be impossible to maintain proper sound sync.

In a past project I used SDL but the SDL audio API seemed quite lacking for serious game programming.
